DigitalFactory24 is an AI-first growth company headquartered in Fairview, Texas, United States, with teams across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. DigitalFactory24 is the controller of the personal information described in this policy, unless we tell you otherwise.

Where we process personal information on behalf of a client as part of a service engagement, we act as a processor or service provider, and the client's privacy notice and our contract with that client govern that processing.

As a guide, we keep enquiry and marketing records for up to three years after our last interaction, client records for the length of the engagement plus the period required by law, and job applications for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
